This page explains how you can request the deletion of your personal data from our platform.

• Your account
• All associated personal data
• Messages and campaign data
4. How to Request Data Deletion
You can request deletion in one of the following ways:
• Option 1: From Dashboard
- Log in to your account
- Go to Account Settings
- Click Delete Account
- Confirm your request
• Option 2: Contact Support
Send a request to:

• Your registered email
• Your account ID (if available)
• Subject: Data Deletion Request
5. Processing Time
• Requests are processed within 7–14 business days
• You will receive confirmation once your data is deleted
6. What Happens After Deletion
• Your account will be permanently removed
• All associated data will be deleted
• This action cannot be undone
7. Data Retention Exceptions
We may retain certain data if required for:
• Legal obligations
• Fraud prevention
